Opening Symposium 3TU-Applied Mathematics Institute (AMI)
As of January 2010 there is a new 3TU Institute: The Applied
Mathematics Institute (AMI).
This new institute will be inaugurated during a symposium on April
15. This symposium highlights the importance of applied mathematics
in society. It is aimed at a wide audience. Keynote lectures will
be given by Volker Mehrmann (Matheon, Berlin), Huib de Vriend
(Deltares) and Robbert Dijkgraaf (KNAW).
